Initial Consultation

Prior to planning each unique event, we encourage you to ask questions, find out more about The Waxing Studio and the services that we offer. Based on this initial conversation, we can assess what level of service you may need and how we can best assist you with your event planning. Once you decide to retain our services, we highly recommend scheduling a face-to-face meeting to further discuss the details of your event. That will allow you to make the best decisions possible for your event. If you are not able to schedule such a trip before your event, we will then conduct all meetings via telephone and email.
The Meeting

At this consultation meeting, we want to learn more about you – your likes and dislikes, your passions, the type of events you have in mind. We will listen to your ideas, style, vision and the budget of your event, and then discuss the details, make a few suggestions and match them with the services that the Waxing Studio offer. We can manage as many or as few of the details as you require, and we partner up with the most reputable event professionals to cater to your specific needs. We encourage you to bring books, magazines or photos to the meeting, so that we have a better idea of the look and feel you are trying to achieve for your event. After we confirm your preferences and expectations, we will then share our ideas for your perfect event and provide a preliminary fee structure for our services.
The Proposal

The Waxing Studio will provide you with a complete proposal of the services and fees that we discussed during the consultation meeting. After you accept the proposal and sign a contract, we will start working on your event right away.

Event Production

Throughout the entire planning process, The Waxing Studio will meet with you and communicate via phone and email all the intricate details that are required for your event. We understand meeting in person is not always possible. Thanks to the Internet, we can plan events for our out-of-town clients via emails, phone calls and photo sharing. During this planning and production stage, we will prepare timelines, confirm vendors and make sure everything that leads up to the event will be all taken care of. A few days before the event, we would schedule a final meeting to go through all the logistics and details so that we are all on the same page.
